Inauguration of new DTA headquarters and launch of ESA BIC Brindisi

On Friday, November 10, 10 a.m., at the Citadel of Research, the inauguration of the new headquarters of the Aerospace Technology District (DTA) and the official launch of ESA BIC Brindisi, the European Space Agency’s first business incubator in southern Italy managed by the DTA concerning aerospace, will be held.

ESA BIC (European Space Agency Business Incubation Center) Brindisi aims to foster the birth of new businesses through access to grant funding, specialized consulting services in technical, legal and business areas for start-ups that will be selected following the Call to be published by ESA BIC itself.

The event will be a moment of sharing that will bring together all the actors involved in the ESA BIC Brindisi program, including the European Space Agency, the Italian Space Agency, the three Apulian universities (UniBa, PoliBa, Unisalento) and the more than 10 industrial partners involved including Sitael and Planetek as well as institutional presences, businesses and young people.
